GOING TO JAPAN! (a light and easy post)

Well, I'm going to Japan this summer (I have month left before the 11-hour flight!) and I can't wait. So far, I've been working on my Japan *ahem* I mean, my Nihongo. It's been a blast just thinking about all the great things I'll see in Japan.

Then people ask me, "Oh are you going by yourself? Study Abroad? Vacation?"

And I feel myself gloat slightly when I say, "No, I'm going for City Council."

I'm so glad I live in the city that I do to be afforded this type of opportunity!

But yeah, so Japan...I'm still pooling together my funds. So far, I'm picking up more and more hours at my job to supplement my mini-vacation. Hopefully, everything works out!!!
