"Hold him," Dragon said, handing Wolf off to Flan. "And both of you stand back."

Twisting her head around to glare at Flan, Dragon growled warningly. Once Flan backed off a step, Dragon focused her attention back on Nogard--who had halved the distance between the house and where Dragon stood.
"You IDIOT!" Nogard yelled, sliding to a stop in front of Dragon and punching her. "Don't you know that you could've been KILLED!?! Damnit, Dragon! I'm supposed to be the one who kills you! Not some random stranger! Stupid! Weak! Frelling! Lizard!" [+1]
The last four words were punctuated with a punch for each. Taking the punches that were aimed for her stomach and face, Dragon said nothing. As Nogard whipped her arm back for another punch, she was restrained by Xangord.
Looking at Dragon with neutral eyes for a minute or two; Xangord said to Nogard, "Enough, meimei [+2]. She is obviously alive so you can kill her later." [+3]
"Just remember that I get to kill you," Nogard said, ripping her arm out of Xangord's grip. Turning on her heel, she started to head back for the house. Over her shoulder, she added, "No one else."
Watching Nogard stalk away, Dragon turned to Xangord, "Xan--"
"No," Xangord said. "You already said it here."
"I was going to introduce a new Honorary DD member," Dragon said, pointing back at Flan. "But if you don't want to know who she is...?"
Glancing back at the blind woman holding Wolf, Xangord asked after a moment's pause. "Did we do that to Wolf when we were Draxanog?"
"Yep," Dragon said. "Shalimar's going to be pissed."
"We can say that Nogard was mostly in control when that happened," Xangord said.
"Sounds good to me," Dragon said.
