ok. well, where do i start? we had soooo much fun at vegas! i guess ill break it down in days.
monday: we arrived at las vegas late at night i think around... 10 or so and everyone was realllllly tired so we checked into our room and went to bed. but my sister and my parents went out to gamble and go to fat tuesday. my sister kept on going back for more drinks and she didnt even get drunk. haha. then they went to Ballys for the gambling part. she said she they didnt get back until like 4 in the morning. haha you can tell she had fun :]
tuesday: we all got up around lunchtime and ate at the food court of the biggest mall they had in las vegas. it was called the fashion outlet or something. i had panda express :] haha umm my parents like automatically went to the designer sunglasses store. they bought like $500 worth of sunglasses. the brands they got were gucci and ray-ban. my grandma got the gucci ones because my mom said she already has a pair of gucci sunglasses. i got sunglasses too (not at the designer store) and they were only $20! haha ok then we shopped around the whole thing and everyone bought something. i got a necklace, a ring, sunglasses, a shirt, bracelets, and a skirt. i dont want to mention what everyone else got cuz then i would be typing all day. ok well we ended up staying until it was like 7 so we ate at the food court again. we tried this new place called Kelly's CageN' Chicken. it was reaaaalllly good. :] then we went back to the hotel and just chilled out. my mom and dad drank drinks with tequila i think. they let me try it and it tasted really good haha. then at 10 we watched the blue man group at the Venetian. it was the best show ever!!! i wanted to take a picture but they made us swear an oath that we wouldnt take any pictures during their performances. [plus there were security guards right behind us and my sister said if i took a picture i would get shot haha] i dont want to spoil it for anyone who wants to see it but there was this one part where these 2 people came late and they made this big deal about it. like they had this screen and this song came on it was like "your late your late your late your late your late your late your laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaate!!!!" in like opera or something and they had all these flashing lights and everything and then they showed the people that were late haha. then they used people from the audience as part of some of their acts. and the people in the front had to use like smocks or whatever cuz they used paqint in their acts. and twinkies :] kk then we went back to our hotel when it was over [which was like at 1am] and then my mom and dad went to go gamble.
wednesday: we didnt really do too much today. we went to eat lunch at a buffet. then we looked at new hotels like planet hollywood which used to be the Aladdin last year (but basically looks the same inside) and then we went to Caesars Palace and watched these statues in the middle of the hotel talk. then we went swimming at the pool at the Rio [one of the hotels we stayed at]. then it got kinda late so we just went downtown to see what was there. then we were going to go see the light show but my sister got sick sot my parents and my grandma just went to go gamble more.
thursday: kk well we were supposed to go home today but we ended up staying an extra day. we went to the stratosphere which is like a dome thing that you go up like i dont know... 300 feet in the air and you can see all over las vegas. they also had rides there like "the big shot" which you go up like 40 feet above the stratosphere and then drop down suddenly and then go up and down really fast. then theres another one called "insanity" where you dangle over the side of the stratosphere at an angle and spin around in circles. then theres another one called "x-scream" where your on this roller coaster type thing but you go almost straight down over the stratosphere and stop all of a sudden and then all of a sudden you push down more and it looks like your going to fall to your death! me and my sister rode all of them except insanity because it was getting late. then we watched the light show at 11pm. it was really cool :] then it was too late for my dad to drive back to california because it takes 5 hours to get back to my house and my the time we would get back home it would be like 5 in te morning. so we stayed at another hotel for the night.
friday: kk well we woke up and we were all ready by 10:30 so we went back to the fashion outlet cuz my dads new glasses were cracked. so he got new ones which were like $20 more. then my sister decided to get new ones cuz her old ones suck. then we got hungry so we got ice cream. my sister decided to "accidentally" push me while i was eating my ice cream and i fell on my a**. :[ it hurt all day :[ then my dad bought a crystal globe thing. yeah dont ask why. i dont really know. then we ate lunch at the outlet. i had pizza. then we left. we got home around 5.
man, las vegas was fun :]
