How can we prove anything? Not simply sticking to facts and statistics, but ANYTHING! If someone had informed me that the sky was blue, I would have to glance up and confirm that statement. And yet. How do we know that the sky is blue? How can anyone prove that? Perhaps we are all colorblind. Perhaps it is all an illusion. Perhaps what we are looking at isn't really the sky, but a layer preceeding said sky.
