Shadow woke up and looked around.Thander was fast asleep against the wall.Zeon was snoring and drooling at the end of the bed.Shadow got out of bed,messed with his hair,pulled on his camofloge shirt,and changed into his tan shorts.Page knocked on the door."Come in,Page."Page opened the door.The door knob hit Thander in the eye."AYE!!!"Thander jumped up."What the-Ouch.Page,that hurt!"
"Hey,Page can you stay here?I'm gonna go grab some breakfest."
"OK.Grab me some butter toast."Shadow nodded and left.
"I'm really sorry,Thander.Is it OK?"Thander rubbed his eye and cursed.
"Just bruised and bleeding a little.It's fine."
"And hey you dropped the accent."Zeon sat up and stuck his tongue out.Shadow arrived with a butter toast,a cup of coffee,a fudge Pop-tart,and a green jell-o.Shadow gave the toast to Page,threw the Pop-tart to Zeon,set the jell-o down on his bedside table,and handed the coffee to Thander."That coffee OK,Thander?I doubt it's the same as the stuff in Angray."
"It's fine."
"Like the fudge kind,Zeon?""To busy eating to talk."Page finished off her toast,Shadow gulped down his jell-o,Zeon and Thander finished at the same time.Both serpents turned their gaze to the window."What's up?"
Zeon growled
Thander answeared."They're wriin.We need to leave here.Get ready.We leave in half an hour."Page left to go pack a bag.While Shadow started packing an old,blue back-pack.He packed all his money,36 dollars,a pocket knife,a coil of rope,the book,and a water bottle filled to the brim.Shadow pulled on an old,brown,leather cap,put on a belt,grabed his green jacket,and slipped on his black slip-on sneakers.Then ran downstairs,with Zeon on his head and Thander not to far behind,to meet Page.She was waiting for them.Within an hour they were at the train station.

"Fly my demons and attack them!"The shadow with no name bellowed.He was sick of the worthless quest that the kids were on.He was also sick of Zeon's tongue."I'll cut it off when I see him."The shadow promised himself.

Princess Renna stroked her wolf Shela.She was a quiet wolf.But when she wasn't by the princess she was howling to the moon to protect Zeon's tamers.And for her friend Thander to return alive.Nomatter what Thander always got hurt.But only once had he been injured to a near death status.Princess Renna and herself had found him bleeding to death in the forest.When he recovered Thander stayed with them.He was going to repay his debt by being their servant.He went from servant to trusted friend in less than a day.Thander still suffered from the injury that healed so long ago.Shela kept her promise to Thander and never told Princess Renna.The princess had to much to worry about any way.Shela finished her howling and went back to the castle.
"Drago?"
"Yes,Princess?"Princess Renna listened to the dragon's deep beautiful voice,and tried to find peace."Do you think Zeon and his tamers will make it back safe?"
"Of course.Why do you worry amonst the bussiness of Zeon?How things have changed.........He was quite a handsome man wasn't he."
"Oh,Drago."
"I remember you saying he was tall and handsome youself.I also recall that you said his eyes were dreamy stars in the night sky."
"Drago!"
"Do not try to hide it.You are in love with Zeon.Always trust a dragon.We remember every word we hear."Renna knew Drago was correct about every thing.She HAD been in love with Zeon from the moment the war between them ended.Zeon's father started it.He ignored Zeon until Zeon went mad with anger and hatred.It had been hard not to love him.He was tall,handsome,and kind.One day she was about to ask him if they could be more than good friends.But she recieved news that there was a new shadow over Angray.Zeon had offered to be trapped in an egg.Ever since the shadow came Angray became immortal.Renna awaited the day when it would all end,Zeon would return to normal,and they could finally be together.She knew Zeon also awaited the day.
