The Darkness Isn't always within (My story)
Prolouge
He held his blade to my neck, pressing it into my skin.
"I told you it would end like this my little heroine." He said as he ran his fingers down my cheek.
"Shut-up." I whispered
I kicked him in the shin and his scythe fell to the marble floor. I jumped around him and ran to my sword. It was across the room. I grabbed it and turned around. He was alreayd at his feet, scythe in hand.
"I won't let you take me Ryuu! Tell me where you have the others!" I shouted at him.
My words echoed around the ballroom.
"I won't tell you. Not until you give in!"And he came at me with those words.
He jumped above me and landed behind me. I quickly turned around, forcing my sword at him. He blocked it.
"Just give in Nagisa. You can't win. Your in my domain. You will fail." He wsihpered into my ear.
"Shut-up! Shut-up SHUT-UP!"I said as I slammed my sword at him he swung at at me. It was a never ending battle. I knew I would lose. But I had to try.
I was running out of time. I had to find the others before it was to late. I don't plan on losing anymore people I care about. My blade was covered in blood. I killed so many monsters, never thinking about cleaning of the blood. But I didn't care. I only had to kill one more person. Him. I drove my sword at him. It wasn't much of a fight. There were no attacks only defence. We circled each other. I felt like a vulture, flying around the dead carcass of a freshly killed animal. Only the animal wasn't dead yet
I didn't want him dead, exatley. He was family technically. With us both being vampires I mean. But lucky for me I was only half vampire All of the benifits, none of the side effects. Its against our familys vampire code, as my father put it, to kill our own kin. Kin, blood-line. Jesus, I hate being a vampire sometimes. To many rules. But yes, anyway. I really just wanted him to never wake up again.
"Nagisa! Get your mind back into the battle! I can't fight a mindless dummy!" He shouted at me.
I snapped back to reality and slashed my sword at him. I acctualy managed to cut him. I watched at the slight cut bled. The blood was black. I was un-surprised.
"Ouch Nagisa. Now thats not very nice is it?" He slowly said running at me. He was trying to look inocent.
But how can a demonic crearture like him be inocent?
But your probaly wondering how I got here anyway.
Well, It all started with what I thought was gonna be a normal school day. Doesn't it always?
