History: Guardian of the Cathedral Clock Tower,
he had been cut off from the world.
Only when he was called upon, did he leave his post.
With the function to serve and protect,
he eliminated any and all tresspassers.
Given the secondary function to destroy
obsolete technology, when clockwork servants are
sent to the Cathedral Clock Tower, they know
their time has come.

Description: Over-protective at times,
he watches over Deuce. Matthias is probably
the only one who can live through Deuce's
pranks. They are like brother and sister.
