I look back at what i've put myself through and i see all the pain.

I see what i did and where i went wrong.

I should have told you, or should have stopped myself sooner. I never should have loved you.

I gave you my heart years ago, but that was my mistake. I dont even think u knew.

I won't do it again. Never will i give my heart to someone who doesnt want it.

I put myself through hell trying to hide. You never knew.

I hid the pain with joy. Just being in your presence made my day. To hear your voice filled my head with song.

But no more.

You are still my friend, and will continue to be. And thats all you ever were, all you will ever be.

Never will i wish someone was more than they are. I will guard my heart from this type of thing.

No more hell. No more pain. No more loving you.
