As Kaarina slept on, Zekke stayed by her bedside, in case anything happened.
"I'm sorry I didn't come earlier, Kaarina. It's just...I had barely gotten back and heard blades clashing. When I ran to the back and saw what I saw...it's something that'll never leave my mind," He said rubbing his eyes. "When you wake up, tell me what happened. Will! Get in here!" He yelled as a blond blue eyed guard came in. "Watch over Kaarina, if anything changes call me, understood?" Zekke said as the guard saluted. "Alright, I'll be back pretty late, see ya." He turned out the door and left.
"I don't understand this, Kaarina is the most prepared guard here!" Will began complaining. "So how was she hurt this badly? I bet this gauze isn't even needed." He said as his hand came closer to Kaarina's neck, but was stopped mid air. "HOLY s**t! Kaarina let go!" He yelled, but her grip only increased.
Kaarina's eyes then opened to black soulless eyes. "Now that isn't very nice, now is it?" She said as her grip increased even more. "And no hello, how rude."
