if i have learned anything in life its to know that noone is safe .. no matter where you live ..

am very sore today and i already took a bath and just soaked.. hoping that my muscles would rest some and i wouldnt be so tense.. didnt work...

some may be wondering why i am here writing all this.. mainly for myself so i can let loose some anger maybe? or some stress?.. or just to let people know that things can happen to anyone at any one time.. never think that it cant ... just cause it may seem safe during the day doesnt mean it is all the time... i might add more to this later during the day .. thank you all that have pmed me for support
