Since no one commented on my entry from yesterday. I'm assuming it wasn't read. So I'll give a brief summary. Ed and Gail found about about the XD thing. If you don't know it's the reason for my name. I spraypainted XD on a bunch of stop signs about half a year ago and have a massive fine because of it. I even did 200 hours of community service. Anyways Ed and Gail are Julia's parents and they never knew about it. Because well I was embarrassed and afraid they'd never let me be with their daughter.
Well yesterday Ed and I went to Sam's Club where I was applying for work. They told me they couldn't hire me because of my background and so I explained it to Ed then. Suprisingly he was very supportive and not mad at me at all.
Well skipping ahead a bit. He called up the courtoffice for me today to find out about what I'd have to do. I had court the 14th and would have to drive back to Illinois because of it. He talked to same lady who said I may be required to show up every month until it's finished. Well he just went ahead and paid off the entire fine. So I wouldn't have to deal with it anymore. It's so nice of them to do this for me. I just have to pay them back when I'm able to. But I just don't think I can ever repay them enough.
They've been so great. They're letting me date their daughter, I'm now living with them temporarily until I'm able to get on my feet and now all this. Frankly, I'm speechless and the kindness they've shown to me. I'll repay them back in full I swear!
Well I won't be going back to Illinois now. I only have half the amount of money I did when I came here and with gas prices they way they are. I can't really afford the gas for the 600 mile drive if I don't have too.
It would of been different if I was going to meet up with all my friends and go on a final road trip with them like I wanted to. But of course they're all busy with their own lives. Oh well, I guess our times for roadtripping are just about gone.
But eh, no getting down now. I'm finally able to put this all behind me and move on with my life!
