This is just an idea that I came up with. It's a fanfiction revolving around SAi from NAruto and an OC. It may not be completely accurate with Sai's personallity, but please work with me people. I'm trying. BTW, it takes place in Shippuuden (time-skip).
Kai walked down the halls of Lady Tsunade's office building, searching for the Hokage. "Darn Tsunade. Can't be in her stupid office when I need to tell her something important!" she muttered under her breath.
"Oooooooooink!"
"Watch out!" hollered Shizune, but only a second too late. Or at least it would have been if Kai wasn't a top ninja in her rank.
Whirling around, Kai darted to the side and caught an air-born Tonton.
"Sorry about that, Kai-san. I guess Tonton was really excited to see you," Shizune said sheepishly.
Kai smiled warmly. That was something that she needed to work on, seeing as it never was normal to her "comrads" in ROOT.
"It's okay, Lady Shizune. I missed Tonton, too. HAve you seen LAdy Tsunade? She's not in her office. Did she go out for another drink?"
Shizune sighed. "Missing again? Probably. I wouldn't put it past her. What do you need? I'll pass the message on to her if you want."
KAi shook her head. "Nah. I need to report straight to her. Any idea where she went? This is kinda important...."
Shizune smiled. "She probably went to some resterant. Want me to help you look?"
Kai shook her head again. "That's okay, Lady Shizune. I can find her myself. Thanks, though. See you later." With that, Kai walked out of the door and out into the streets of Konoha.
