Last night's panic episode
I get worried a lot. I have anxiety disorder and it sometimes gets the better of me. I was online last night and went outside for a cigarette and when I came back in, I was shaking and sweating and PANICKING. It's horrible. One or two o'clock in the morning and I need someone to hold my hand. Jeez.
