his/her story: Umisuke Mizukawa was a happy college student. He had a good life and a beautiful fiance. One day while walking home from school he was shot and killed by a gang of thugs. He was ,then, dumped into the Seishuku River. The great Shugo Clown was displeased with this. He sacrificed the murderers lives to bring Umisuke back. However, his memories disappeared. Umisuke was renamed Kai and was sent to be the new guardian of the water gate. There he stays and guards diligently to please his master the Shugo Clown.
