Meditation does the body and soul good.
To think of the relentless hours passed,
to question my religion, mankind, life, and my entire existence of essence.
Time slips by me, ideas and thoughts leaving my mind.
I am who I am, I realize.
I need to stop hating who I am.
I need to stop pushing away those who try to lend a hand.
I should accept the reasons people give for loving me instead of throwing their opinions down.
I need to appreciate my life, I need to like myself, I need to stop thinking questionable thoughts of no longer existing or leaving those behind me.
As soon as this is done..
I'll be better.
Life will be brighter, air will be fresher.
My whole world will recycle anew.
I'll mend my wings and stop self loathing.
It's unhealthy.
..And I'll be better.
