I'm put into a position in which it is required that i work hard and lead. I share this position with one other person. However, no one listens. I'm blatantly ignored constantly. Any suggestion i have is ignored or blown off. However if my partner or someone else makes a suggestion everyone jumps on the band wagon. When i say something needs to be done, i'm ignored. yet the moment nobody else wants to do a job, they put it on me and use my position as an excuse. I worked so hard in order to get where i am, yet i'm treated no better than someone who knows nothing. I'm told nobody means to do anything to be mean or harmful. They say they'll talk to me and help me be heard, but they don't. I simply don't know what to do anymore. I'm trying to let it go to enjoy myself during this last stretch, but its hard. Especially when you can feel the weight of failure on your shoulders.
