It has been a while. And yet, I'm mainly posting this for the gold.
But I'm kind of excited...I'm off from Walmes for the next 2 days, and I have officially been asked to be in charge of the acting scenes for my church's Christmas musical. A little crazy, no lie.
I'm not sure what to do about Walmart. It warps my schedule to be sure, it gets a little stressful every now and then, and it is indeed quite a drive. I might have possible hookups for a different job closer to home if I just made the right phone calls...
But then there are those nights when I'm working with my favorite people there, and they are such fun, and we've had some pretty cool conversations about what I believe, and about the differences between that and perhaps some of the negative impressions they have had concerning Christianity.
That's when I wonder if maybe I'm supposed to stick around a little longer.
Huh...I totally didn't intend on a post with any sort of substance. Go figure.
