Most of my friends know that Ive been trying to start a endangered animals club at our school and my prinicpal has turned me down twice about it.He gave no good reason about it except that he wasnt going to make on of his teachers stay after for something like that.Well I was thinking "Well what if they want to do it?" so I walked up to him in lunch today and asked him and he said that a teacher wants to go home on Friday.I said well if I found a teacher really commited to it and they said they would do it,could I do it at the school.He said he'd rather me not.WTF?He told me once before that it was nothing school related.Well that makes no sense because there is a bible study group and that has nothing to do with school.He has given me no legit reason why I cant do it at school.He asked me why did I want to do it at the school.I said because it would get more people and it would be easier.He said that it wasnt a school funded club.I know that!I never wanted it to be school funded.There are a lot of people at our school that like animals and that would be a good enough reason why there should be a club about it.He asked me if I understood why he isnt letting me do it and I told him no.He told me I could do it somewhere else.So Im going to find a teacher that is willing to do it and if he says no,then Im going to report him to the Board of Education.Im tired of being turned down because he may not see animals as important as I do.
Next on the b***h agenda,Mrs.Giles.Well there were these kids in my third block the other day and they were talking about some REALLY bad things that they had did to animals,like one had hung two cats in a tree,by their tails,and let them sit out there and starve.Another one was talking about how they shot a pig in butt over and over again,then they said that this dog kept coming in their yard so they poured gasoline on it and set it on fire,then they poured it in the dog's mouth and set it on fire.I reported them to Mrs.Giles last week and she said she couldn't control what they did out of school,which I completely understood.So I was thinking,hey I can report them to the humane society.So I asked her today if she would give me their names so I could report them to the shelter and she was talking to someone else and she said "I don't.....Ill talk to you about it later.".I was extremely angry about this because I had not been turned down once,but twice.Both for the same subject.I guess they believe animals dont need rights.Im going to ask her if she will give me their names and maybe have a sit down talk with her.
Well tomorrow Im going to find a teacher for the club hopefully and then talk to Mrs.Giles.If I do find a teacher and he still says no and if Mrs.Giles refuses to give me their names for a stupid reason.There is going to be a problem.
