Believe in me! Help me along in life. Believe.
I am always fighting it. Fighting to live with what I am, and by that I Fully acknowledge what is apart of me. Don't you see? I stand and then I fall I stand and then I fall. Don't you see? Don't you? You've lost faith in me. But I never stop shining no matter how dim I become. I've never lost faith in myself, and in my God. It's hard for you to watch me but It's harder for me to live it! I acknowledge how I am, but you push it inside and then expect me to prove myself. I can't prove what I am still building. I'm tired of fighting it all alone. I need you there; but not if your going to push me away.
Quite deciding who I am, I never believed you. I don't believe in fate. Not yours. I believe and acknowledge myself. You box me in.
open your eyes! I know that you care! Try entering my world, if you dare! Your never around, and so you don't even know my sound. Quit trying to write my song, and for once just sing along.
And don't wound me when I'm down. Pick me up, Mother, Pick me up Father. I need your support! I need you in my life! What you are is not enough. I am more aware than you think. You can not help me if you do not know me. I wish you could see, what you do do is hurting me.
