Through the Glass

No one's going to harm you
Not while I'm around

From every moment
Until the end
Beyond the world
Nightfall's stars glisten
Kept apart from each other
Miles and miles
from sea to sea
We have to go through the glass
Break away from the barriers
Then we'll be free
Watching the sunrise awaken
Still awake
and thinking of you
Through the glass
the scars will always be there
But the pain will ease eventually

Wondering through the forest
A forest
A maze
Still infront of us
These years of searching
Haven't paid off
But it's never over

After a maze is surpassed through
There will always be another one
Waiting for you

A neverending question that
Will never be answerd
Am I done here

No there is still another maze
We have to break away

Sunlight
Is it there
No there will never be
a way out
Unless we break through the glass
Fly into the sky
And melt the nightmares away

Time is short
Only yesterday we were mere
Children
Today we are lovers

Who would have guessed it

We have to go through the glass
Then we'll be free to live life
The way we should
