day 1: face you fears hold you fear i hated spiders but one day i heldone and he liked it so im nvr affrade!
day2:hate, hate everyone that hated you or ever did and be mad if anyone get mad at you for this tell them the ok: "if i dont wut of it, this is my life i'm liveing it the way i wont not the way you wont me to"
day 3: fighting, fight the people who made you scared weak and useless! the buliz you know who i'm talking abt! and if there 2,3,4, and maby even 5 years older that you you beat them with a bar or some sorta weapon! and if there more that you can take you find them alone without the otherones and then you can get them!
