One of my dogs broke(not tore, BROKE[as in snapped]) a ligament in his back right knee, but not a major one so he can still walk, but if we don't keep buying these $112 prescription pain killers he'll be in massive pain. He's getting surgery, but there's 2 problems with it. 1) it costs $1200 (0_0). 2) After it, he'll never be back to 100% strength(maybe 85-90%) so he'll never be the same really... As to HOW he broke it, I don't know, all I saw was him twisting his leg and falling to the ground. ALSO, the X-Rays revealed he has major arthritis in his right hip joint, so that could become a major problem in the future.
