The blood fills the victim’s lungs…
The hunger is still not fulfilled…
Craving for more death…
Craving for the victim’s last breath…

Slowly life itself is at an end…
The victim goes around the final bend…
Lend me your ear…
Can you hear it?

Death is coming quick…
The death rattle is louder still…
Consuming any last words the victim might have had…
Bleeding from the mouth the victim pronounces its last stand…

Listen for the death rattle…
Watch the blood and spittle…
Nothing but my face will the victim see…
