My mouth hung open. "What do you keep talking about?" My Mom questioned me. A few moments later I started talking again. "The fire behind you! In the woods!" I almost screamed. She shook her head sadly, walking towards a flaming tree and leaning against it. I watched in horror as the flames caught onto her. "Mom!" I screamed again. She laughed. "What do you keep talking about Olivia?" She said laughing under her breath again, still against the tree. I slumped against the car for support. Then, I started laughing to. I had to be on some TV show. I stood laughing again and looked around. Noone was coming out to give me a check or anything. My Mom walked back around to the car getting in. She was no longer on fire. But the trees and the fire still seemed like it was real. I walked to the flames, surprised at how hot the joke flames felt. I hesitated slowly as I raised a hand and put it in the flames. I immediatly pulled it back out. "Ow!" I said quietly looking at my finger. It was pink. I had been burned by the joke flames. I shook my head, confused and scared, going to the car and getting in. It hadent been a TV show. I had seen somthing. I had been burned by somthing. That noone eles even knew existed....
I leaned against the glass and watched as we drove away from the burning woods.
