Although, I can tell you that I'm glad we don't have finals this semester (thank you, Sir Hurricane Ike.) If - and only if - Hurricane Ike hadn't blown Galveston off the face of the earth, I would have had my British literature final Monday and my A.P. European history final Tuesday. Not fun. Even though I have my cumulative history exam in two weeks (which is my greatest fear of all time, God save me), at least it's not in two days. I swear, Thanksgiving would have been a) a heavy-duty cram session b) time to write a suicide note. I would have had to pick between death and death. So, at least some good has come out of having our entire calendar scrambled.
Well, we set up the Christmas tree today, as well as all of our interior and exterior home decorations for the holidays. It all looks fantastic. Everything glows. :B But, yeah. I'm really excited. I love decorating - it makes me feel useful. On top of that, it puts me in the holiday cheer. I've completely set up the Newbie Christmas Giveaway for this year (it's being put up for all to see tomorrow) and I'm participating in the Mini Shop Secret Santa Event. Awesome! (The one that was spotlighted seemed a little too expensive and crowded for my tastes. I prefer smaller events; they're more personal - and, honestly, more fun.)
So many things to do, so little gold time ...
