hi. I am bored
The Son's Disgrace --IC story;Seiji--

The sun rises every day,
And sets in the horizon.
The wind blows in every direction,
The moon glows a pale white.
As I stand in the field, I can hear the calls of nature.
The whistling air,
The singing birds,
The rustling of weak trees only begging the gods to live,
and to stay whole...
In a nature so unreal and fake, like this is nothing.
Only the best can hear.
Only the best can listen.
Sing forever my friend,
Sing forever until life stops.

I only dream of never having to return to this land. That a** Nikushimi is keeping me too long. Why can't I ever be that royal? Or that powerful? I'm always there when he speaks, but I just look at the stunned faces. They all don't want to worship Nikushimi. The dead trees and flowers in the fire land Kasai sway in the warm wind. People at the trading market speak in several different languages not familiar to my father or myself. Nikushimi says I am a disgrace to him. That I do not technically exist in the royal bloodline. That though is his own thinking. My thought is that someday I can be king and I can rule over his people. And even though now no one knows who I am and they ignore me in public, I am still Seth, the son of Nikushimi, the God of Kasai.

I walked in the Trading Post and looked at the people selling fruit for clothes and clothes for fruit. I looked down at the small bag attatched to my shorts. I pulled it up and grabbed a few coins out and continued walking. Of course, i'd imagine women would like staring at me. I did have a six-pack, and for some reason I decided to wear shorts and a small shirt with my long black platform boots. I felt like a man-whore, but it didn't bug me much. I am royal. A woman wearing a rag dress was selling something I myself could not see from this distance. She looked young but sad with long, messy brown hair. I walked to her and looked. "Hello, sir," She smiled. "Prince Seth." I looked stunned. "You reckonize me." I looked more curious. "you reckonize me?"
She nodded. "I am Ami. These necklaces and braclets we're passed down in my family, but I need to get money so," She looked down. "Oh, I'm sorry."
"I'ts ok." I smiled. "Here." I grabbed out the small pouch of money and pured a handfull of coins into my palm. "Don't sell something dear to the past you hold." I quietly dumped the coins onto the table in front of her. She gasped. "Oh," She blushed. "Wow sir, thank you!" She bowed. I just smiled again and turned. I hate when women and men must sell what is dear to them just for the money they need. Some two guys, I could hear them, we're stalking behind me. As I walked down the desert field of Kasai, one man grabbed my arm. "You have alot of money you're giving away?" He growled.
"To the maidens, citizen."
"Who do you think you are?" The man hissed. "Prince Seth?"
I looked in astonishment. "I am prince Seth, thank you very much."
The two laughed. "Sure, and i'm King Kinaru from Hyoketsu."
I snapped my fingers. "You shouldn't have said that." Mayn, my bodyguard, came up from duisgise in the trading post and grabbed the men by the neck. "They're working with Kinaru is what they said. Nikushimi can deal with them."
"Yes, sir," Mayn nodded and carried the men away. I smiled and walked off to the castle.

***********

Nikushimi wasn't very happy with me as I arrived into the warm castle.
"Seth," He looked up at me.
"Nikushimi," I sat down on the floor and looked at him now.
"Why do you just give away money to young women? They could be scamming for more than you know."
"I know better," I hissed. "I'm a Prince."
"A very unsmart one."
I looked at him with a tight face. "You aren't the boss of me." I replied sternly.
"Oh, and why is my position 'father' in this little life?"
"I heared you talking, it was about the darkness land. I would remember anyway. I ran away from home and came here and you took me in."
Nikushimi smiled evilly. "And yet you say I am not a legal guardian? I am, Seth. I allowed you to be royal. To have a family and a home and--"
"Shut up!" I yelled. "I had a family! I was a royal! I just didn't like Kurayami!"
"I see." Nikushimi nodded.
"No you don't!" I growled.
"Oh, you're just going through teenage stuff." he sighed. I grimaced under my breath and looked up again. "I don't care anymore." I replied, and I headed to my room.

That night, I slipped on my cloak and wandered down the coulumn in the castle. Looking to make sure no one was looking at me, I continued down, until I heared someone yell "hey, you!" I ran to the wall and opened the window, climbing out. They didn't notice me fall. After I hit the ground undamaged from the low 1-story part of the castle, I continued down the streets of the city. I ran across, and only in minutes of breaking into an all-out sprint and running at full speed, I made it to the grassy hill that divided us to Hyoketsu. Across only miles away was the icy land where blizzards attacked and poor people wandered the streets aimlessly and where lost foxes and wolves crawl around the cold desert.
And where princess Lazuli lives.
I walked down the grass, onto a small patch. In less than one minute, there was the small icy feild ahead of me. I stepped into it, my boots crunching into the snow. It looked dark, nightfall had come. Right at my third step, i felt cold, unwelcoming hands grip my arm and pull me away.

***********

The men tied my wrists up and dragged me away. This is what happened 6 years ago when I was 11, when the guards tied me up and brought me to Nikushimi, who took me in as his 'son'. But i had a feeling that living in snowy areas made the royals of this land cold and unfeeling. I looked at the large stone door ahead, we we're now walking down the large, echoy hallway of the Hyoketsin Castle.
