Lights flicker,
sparkling objects dangle.
The smell of cookies and chocolate waft around.
Everything is perfect,
no holly is out of place.
Some people want presents,
But I just want you....
Your arms wrapped around me ever so warmly.
Your lips carressing mine,
As a string of mistletoe dangles from your hand above us.
The smell of gingerbread wafts around us,
As we slowly pull away from one another.
Then you look into my eyes and whisper "Merry Christmas..I love you..."
That is the only thing I want....
