So my dog Levi has been sick for some time now, and this morning my parents put him down. I'd be alright with it if they had told me what they were going to do in the first place. I didn't get to say good-bye to my first dog, Pepper, and now I didn't get to say farewell to Levi. So along with being sad, I'm pissed off at my parents.
I saw Marley and Me yesterday, perhaps I should have taken that as a hint that they were going to put Levi down. He had cancer, and wasn't going to live long, I knew that. But still, it would have been nice to say my good-bye to the dog I've had since Elementary School.
Thankfully, my wifey is gonna cheer me up today, so it isn't all bad. I'm still upset, but I think I'll get over it.
