Kyaaa~... So things haven't gone so well. Though I'd finished all my specialised training and the only thing left to do was the physical right?? They rang me up to say they'd changed the minimum education requirement to having done science classes and passed math B. I can't go for geospatial anymore. Infact I've got a lot of things against me. So I'm just going to admit that my dream job IS out of my reach, I COULD do high school again or something like that but... I really don't want to !"
So I was looking around and I'm going to follow my childhood dream of becoming an artist and yeah, I know, its a big jump from a career which supports you in present AND future, to a career which'll kick off when I'm dead. Still, its a cert IV in Visual Art and I haven't gotten anything less than an A in art during my entire High School life.
It'll mean moving to Hervey Bay, and I'll still me on my own; but I can see family on holidays and people can make a long trip to visit. I'm thinking of purchasing an apartment with Mum's death penalty payout. She always said if it was a choice between buying or renting, and you could afford to buy; you couldn't afford to rent. We never got to own a house, and even at my Nans I can't paint or put up shelves in my room. It's her house but still... confused
