I am sorry if you are upset that you have not received art that you were told you would be given, but my schedule has been rather hectic in the past few months, and I place my studies over Gaia Online art, I'm afraid.
And to be blunt, I'm a procrastinator, and I simply agreed to too many free art requests than I could handle.
The best I can do now is apologize, and to give you this offer of redeeming your art: message me with proof of my agreeing to draw you in return for, say, your side of an art trade or gold- and I'll both refund your gold (if applicable) as well as get to drawing your art asap.
