The shadowy energy stuck back together, as quickly as it separated. It seems I would have to break it down even more, or it'd only reform itself. And that's when I thought of a great idea - I began firing short streams of energy in all directions. The beams began to deflect off the wall of my barrier, flying everywhere. Within moments, the entire barrier was filled with rapidly moving beams of light - they began striking at the energy formation, chipping it down slowly.
