My sister (who by sweet karma is grounded for a year) has done the unthinkable and impossible.

She burned water.

This is the second time. The first time, it was in a plastic mug in the microwave (though it was more the burning plastic than water). Now she was trying to boil water ina pot I use to make ramen ALL THE TIME. So it's not the pot. I smelt something wierd in my room and came to the kitchen to check what it was.

"WHAT are you cooking. it's burnt."

"I'm boiling water."

". . . . ." eek burning_eyes

HOW do you BURN water. I thought it was an expression, like raining cats in dogs, or I'm so hungry I could eat a building.
