An average of over $25.50 a week by bringing my own lunch to school. That’s a savings of over a hundred bucks a month that I don’t have to spend on school. That’s money I can save and spend on other things like more food or awesome clothes or a new CD because I have only ever paid for one CD in my entire music-listening life. How? Because the day I got my CD player I bought a Scooby Doo sound track to go with my CD player. My pa gave me a bunch of CDs and the rest I’ve borrowed from my friends or received them as gifts or just had copied for me. But back to the point…
So you might be finding yourself asking, “What are you buying now that’s so cheap for lunch, you stupid money pincher?” Well.. right now I’m making my own peanut butter and jelly samiches at school. That’s right folks.. Yuki is making her own lunch. Granted… it’s not really cooking.. but it’s an accomplishment.
