Wings: Speckled white and gray. Can be drawn white if preferred. Aprox 12ft wingspan - can be drawn smaller.
Skin: Pale
Hair: Light brown, curly
Eyes: Left eye blue, right eye green
Height: Short for his age
Build: small and thin (no abs or muscle.)
Clothes: A hat like Yoite's, only light green with pale yellow stripes. Could also have buttons or badges or whatever - feel free to add your own accessories. The hat was given to him by Natalie, another cahracter in the same story.
He's a rich kid in a war - he's still a little fussy about his clothes, but a lot of what he wears are taken from empty stores or given to him, so it may or may not all match. He's still pretty huge on dressing well though, although 'well' to him could be anything from clothes that could be worn on a male fashion runway, preppy vests and polo shirts, to something semi-formal that you might wear to a dinner party. Despite all that, he prefers to go barefoot around 'home.'

Personality:
Art keeps to himself most of the time. While he's not exactly innocent, he's shy and awkward around other people, Nero especially, and blushes a lot. However, despite his confusion and often misunderstanding, he can also be cold and manipulating, especially as the series progresses. As the story unfolds, Art turns from gentle and shy to manipulating and ambitious. He always had it in him, but his conscience and desire to help people overrides it in the beginning.
