When I found out that you could Trick or Treat in Gaia Towns, I decided to give it a try. However, I wanted a costume to wear. So, after spending a good time looking, I got a cheapish costume for 1000g.

I removed all my clothing and went to get the costume on only to have it not work. I spent a half hour trying to get it to work. Then I went to the help forums, and instead of 90% of the idiots there, I didn't make my own thread but rather looked at other threads and found another person with the same problem.

Seems the avatar server is overloaded and often disconnected. There was a walkaround, but even that walkaround wasn't working. So I was stuck in my boxers for a day.

Come the next day I tried again. Nothing. I figured out that my "costume" wasn't going to be equipped no matter what I did, so I bought one of those cheap-a** sheets and equipped that, and it worked.

So I finally have a simple costume on, a day later. It was a pain in the a** the work I had to do for an item that I can't even wear.
