hi friends and all, 2day, dr.phil story is abt goals and achievements.
AHEM!:
We all noe we have wants and some things u want but u don't get it,u tolerate. And certain things like a trip to France,and it was postponed, u are angry and u must have it right? well, i have a few steps that MIGHT help u calm down. cool
Step 1: sit in a comfotable position.
Step 2:breathe in and out five times.
Step3:imagine that u already have that want.
Step 4: for girls,who r flexible, do the bridge.For boys, lift ur leg up as high as u can.....(dont pressure urselves!!!) lol
that is just my main 4 steps. if possible,repeat if needed. remember to watch Dr. Phil every saturday,on ch 25!!!!!!
