I cry in fear at this world of innocence
I strike in pain at this world of innocence
I am crippled in this world of innocence
My body is destroyed mentally and physically
I reach my hand out and place it on you, looking for solitude
Nothing. Your heart,your eyes are as evil as your soul.
There's a presence i never saw in you...the presence of death.
I try to look, but I am blinded by innocence
As I am hoisted upon my feet, i think of light.
The light shining on me no matter what sins attack me,
no matter what pain hits me
no matter what completes me.
I take the final breath and finally open my eyes.
and see that light
it was beyond me...all my life.
I reached out and grabbed it and realized
It was you.
Always watching from the beyond
Smiling at me no matter what I did
At your sight I was instantly blinded again
I realized....that I was blinded by you...to begin with.
