Expreso walked swiftly around the corner into the chambers which held the portal back to the gaian realm. "Oh Momo." She chimed, as she ran her fingers across the stone walling, humming a tune as he searched. "Olli olli oxenfree."
Momo, who had hidden himself behind the curtains that covered the window that over looked Rubs, looked desperately at the portal trying to decide if a quick dash would allow him to reach the portal. "Olli olli come home free mister Momo." Exprezo said with a stage whisper as she stood in the middle of the room looking around as she adjusted her monocle.
She let out a huff and looked around a bit more the time her eyes skimming over what seemed to be a monkeys tail that was sticking out of the other end of the curtains.
Exprezo placed her hand over her mouth as to stifle a hint of laughter as her cheeks flushed pink. "I guess he's not in here." She sighed as she skipped toward the door and tucked herself behind it as to keep from being seen.
Momo let out a squeaking sigh of relief and he waited a few seconds to make sure the matron had left the room completely before he poked his head looking around to see that to room was "empty".
He quickly stepped out from behind the curtains and quickly raced toward the portal inching closer and closer, his heart began to beat as he began to believe he was indeed home free. A large grin spread on his face from ear and he let out a bit of a cheer as to say "finaly free" when he saw it, Exprezo coming at him full force out of the corner of his eye.
Too shocked by her appearance to do much else then continue running, he felt himself knocked over. He hit the pavement with an "Pouf" and when the weight of Exprezo came crushing down on his back, he let out a gasp and reached for the portal in a desperate attempt at freedom "Mr. Momo" He heard Exprezo whine. "You cheated! You didn't come out when I called olli Olli oxen free!"
Exprezo, who was now applying her full weight on to the monkey's back smiled brightly "Never the matter. I won, but now Pain, Panic, And Anger wanna play tag. Momo has a 10 second head start!"
