A lot teachers here can be so harsh. You do one little thing wrong and they explode and make the one little mistake a huge deal. Even if you laugh during class, you get in trouble. I try to stay clear of the teacher disaster zone, but when I get caught, I just keep my mouth shut. I could probably talk back to them and be right, but if it just gets you into more trouble, then what's the point. I don't wanna get tangled into an even bigger mess, so I keep my mouth shut. It seems that a lot of the teachers are mad about something and let it out on the students. True, it isn't fair, but if you just stay out of their way, then everything should be ok. But some teachers are just short-tempered. Like one of my teachers, I got on her bad side a few times accidentally, and she just explodes by yelling at me that people all the way accross the hall can hear (and we have a pretty long hallway). The good thing is that she doesn't hold grudges so the next day, I was safe, she just yelled at someone else's mistake.
