wow, i sure screwed up this time
the one girl, i could trust
the one girl, i laughed with
that one girl...

now im standing here
lost in my thoughts
wondering how
this could happen to me

thought i didnt do much
i must have done somthing
because she was head over heels for me
but not anymore

will we stay close?
will we one day, be the same?
will she ever forgive me?
for anything i have ever done?

well, i can only hope so
becuase i care for her like no other
she is the red to the rose,
the light of the sun
and that girl that no one is lucky enough to find

for all these years
i've been nothing but a coward
to tell you how i feel

and all these years
i've been nothing but confused
with who im meant to be with

and now, i see
now i see that i found her
she found me
but i screwed up
and theres no backspace button to your mistakes

this is, and will always be my biggest mistake
to do something, anything
that would make me loose her

she is funny
smart
pretty
caring
nice
and so much more

i might be out of luck,
but if i am
i wont stop believing

i could trust through it all

mistakes come everywhere
every one has them
but this time,

so whats was my mistake?
it was anything i did
to make us end

it may sound weird
but whenever i would think about her
or talk to her
or see her
i would get those butterflies in my stomache
and it never stopped
