I feel happy.
Nothing has arrisen to bring about this mood other than simple actions and meditations of mine, but I do.
I feel happy.
I should've never stopped learning things.
Learning makes me happy.
And I should've never stopped going to Cochran Mill or any of the other outdoor hiking areas around here.
Woods make me happy.
I should've never stopped sitting on the back porch at night, watching the stars through the clearing of the trees, keeping track of the moon phases and astrological year.
The night sky makes me happy.
I won't get any deeper into it than this but,
I'm not too religious and I'm definately not Christian. But when I'm outside at some lake, or in the forest, or looking at the stars at night, or learning anything about those things...
I feel closer to God.
For the last four sunsets in a row, there has been a hawk, sitting at the edge of a branch on a tree right next to my front porch. Sitting, looking around for about 30 minutes. Considering the colors and size and markings...
I think its a Merlin. o _o;
I really should get my camera back and see if I can get a picture of it...
