Well, about a month ago, I became the leader of a faction within a guild, Bleach:Hollow Reborn. I have trained my Vizard with great skill, worked as hard as I could to put the guild into a higher standing, and I have put the Vizard into the same class as the Shinigami within the guild. Soon, I believe it will be time to have the Vizard take control.
