Once again, I turn to my journal. It's been a week since the last time, so it really needs an update.

Beginning on Gaia. I posted one of my drawings in the art arena. Currently I have 86 votes with an average of 6.48 As I see it, that isn't that bad. There are so many 4 and 5's out there and if I take in consideration that the pic is almost 3 months old, done in Paint and has no background, I'm quite satisfited. I got another request for avi art through it, though! I'll start drawing it as soon as possible and scan it in with my other avi art, that is still lying around here somewhere sweatdrop

For now I'm busy drawing a picture of a boy and a girl, he in Japanese traditional clothing, she in European Middle Age clothing. I thought it up at Geography. There is this girl who is afraid of Azians and hates them. In the thought against racism I realised that we're really not that different: Azia and Europe. I mean, we're both on the same Euro-Azian plate on this world.

Besides it looked fun to draw a couple again, it has been so long! I had a couple of paintprint I made at Arts lying around, one in pink and purple that would be perfect as a background. When the drawing is finished and inkted, I'll glue it on the print, scan it and do the rest in Paint. If I don't like it, I can always re-do it with wooden pencils.

I bought a new scetchbook the other day, A3, together with new brushes and paint. I can't wait to experiment with them, but first I need to complete my Middle Age drawing.

Besides that, I got back my Arts marks:

Snow owl in woodcole: 8,5
Angels in yellow pencils: 7,5

Average of 8, that OK, although I had expected a higher mark for the angels, but well, I can't have it all, not?
