Depression.
Stress about everything you do.
Difficulty keeping a job.
Well for bargain basement price for about 17-70 grand the provincial government can fix that!

Liver disease alcohol guy.

But the government is gonna cover all of that.
If they are wanting to make this a tax payer issue.
