The brilliant light shone, encompassing the small area, with but a solitary female figure caught in it's glow.
A ways away from her, stood a fair group of people. Six Silouettes, five of which, were focusing on the light.
"She...she did it.." one called, a male. His voice, somewhat gruff, but awestruck.
"We did it..." another voice, this one belonging to a girl, called, placing her hand on the first figure's shoulder.
"I can't believe it.." another called, this one much younger, awestuck.
They were happy, cheerful. The world was saved. Their goal had been reached.
However, the sixth person didn't concentrate on the light. The sixth figure was focusing on the girl in the light, as he moved towards her, sprinting.
"No, NO!! Don't do this!!!" he called, another teenage male voice, as he moved, reaching his hand out to the girl futiley, as he sprinted frantically "NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!"

Too many stories start off calm, and peaceful. I choose to start my story with a scene right near the end.
That way, you can truly appreciate the body of it, the middle. Too often, people just read to find the end, or learn it from others.
I delve from this beaten path, by giving the end away right away.
This story is told to entertain through the journey, not the destination.
