Hello~ This ish Mimi here! o:
Halo~ ish me again! :3 here ish one of meh made up stories~

The truth behind the mirror

The truth behind the mirror I cannot see. The truth behind the mirror is surely the true me.
Chapter One
“Hurry and catch it!” I yelled to while almost losing balance while flying. “I can’t keep up!” he answered. “Come on Leo, Sakura! You can catch it!” Then Maddie continued filming. It was my tenth night of capturing another Glow card and this time it was wind. Wind was really hard to keep up with because she’s really fast and you can hardly see her. So far I had cards: fly, fire, water, sword, freeze and trap. Maddie my best friend was there too. I wasn’t sure how I was going to catch wind using any of these cards. I tried using fire but you can’t put wind on fire. Then it hit me. You can freeze wind! “Leo, I know who I’m going to catch wind!” Leo looked at me funny. I brought out freeze from my pocket and used my trident to call upon it. “Glow card, awaken! FREEZE!” I hit my trident against the card and freeze jumped out of it, and went toward wind. Wind froze up in mid air, so it was pretty easy sealing it back into a card.

“Check mate!” And I put the card in the Glow book. And headed home. “Marissa!” Big brother called. I opened the door from my room to find out what he was calling me for. By the way, my friends call my Sakura meaning cherry blossom in Japanese. They call me that because I love cherry blossoms. “Yes?” I yelled back at him. I was guessing he was calling me for dinner. I ran down the stairs and into the kitchen. Guess what? He wasn’t calling me saying that dinners ready, he was sitting down at the dinner table waiting for ME to make dinner. Just because dad isn’t home. “What are you waiting for?” He stared at me. “I want fried rice with chicken, now get to it!” Then he clapped his hand to tell me to hurry up. I groaned and wobbled my way to the counter. I got out the rice and brought out the frying pan to start. I finished frying the rice in 10 minutes. Now came the chicken. I had to de-froze it, put the seasoning, wash the pot, fill it with water, drop the chicken in there and then wait for 15-20 minutes to wait for it to finish frying. I looked back over to big brother and he was staring at me with dull eyes. I turned back and decided this would take too long, I would have to go to bed before I even got the seasoning done. I had the perfect idea! I snuck back into my room, got my wand and my fire card and snuck back into the kitchen. I had to think this one through, I was going to have to yell, FIREY! The get the card to work, plus on top of that I think there’s these words your suppose to say to unlock the key to transform into a wand. By my calculations, the only way were going to have fried rice with chicken tonight was if, I literarily told him I was the guardians of the Glow cards. I ruled that out. I just decided to stall until it was my bed time and just tell big brother sorry, but he’s on his own. The plan didn’t work as well as I thought because I ended up going to bed at 9:30 with a starving belly. I entered my room to find Leo lying on my bed next to a back of half-eating bag of chips…snoring. I walked up to him, stared for 2 seconds then grabbed the blanket, and yanked it from him to make sure he woke up. I jumped unto my bed and turned off the light. Leo was still on the grown apparently still sleeping.
Chapter Two
“Sakura, I have the perfect dress for you to wear when you capture another glow card!” Maddie said to me. She’s my best friend; she also knows that I’m the guardian of the glow cards. But she always video-tapes me and brings these outfits she makes herself and wants me to wear whenever she hears I’m going to be sealing another card. Kind of embarrassing to be caught on tape wearing a kitty-outfit, or a really poofy dress. “Oh really? What am I going to wear this time?” I asked. She showed me the picture-design she drew last night.

“Don’t you just love it?!” She smiled and turned to me. I wanted to ask her why I have wings on my back, or why she put the words: Cardcaptor Sakura. It’s sort of catchy though. “Yes, it’s very pretty and I love the way I look like a sheep.” I said trying to sound nice. The bell rang so that meant we had to get to class. We took our sets and got ready for a surprise of a lifetime. “Good morning class,” The teacher paused to look outside the door. “Today we have a new transfer student. Even though she is not use to this kind of treatment she shall be treated as equal.” We were all confused at what she was talking about. “Now, please come in Mimi.” Everyone’s eyes got big at what they heard and saw, Mimi she was one of the singer and actors I’ve seen in magazines and TV and stuff like that. The moment she walked in everyone’s eyes were one her,

She didn’t look this normal on television… “Class, this is Mimi. I hope you will not treat her any different than you treat anyone else. Too bad for Mrs. Howard EVERYONE wanted Mimi to sit next to her. I even saw some push there partner off the chair for Mimi to sit. She walked around until she found a seat that was parked right behind me. I thought she would sit in the front so everyone wouldn’t have to turn around when there looking at her… The teacher turned to me. “Marissa, why don’t you help Mimi with our lesson? And show her around school.” I nodded and turned around to her. “Hello, my name is Marissa but my friends call me Sakura.” I turned to Maddie, “And that’s Maddie she’s my best friend, she’s also really nice.” I turned to Matt. “This is also one of my best friends, matt.” I turned back to Mimi. “Welcome to the 8th grade.” I waited for her to say something. But she just asked the most casual question ever. “Why do your friends call you Sakura?” I looked blank for a moment. “Well, because…” Then she interpreted me. “Oh, I get it! Because you like cherry blossoms!” She smiled. I turned my attention back to the teacher. But before I knew it, the bell rang and it was time for lunch. I got out of my seat and toward Mimi, but she wasn’t in her seat. I looked around and Mimi was talking to Maddie. “Mimi!” She turned to me. “Oh, right, can you show me to the lunch room?” I walked her out to the lunch room. She stared at the food for about 2 minutes. “Um, aren’t you going to order anything?” I asked. She looked at me like I was crazy then shook her head. Then she got out her cell phone and called someone to bring her lunch. The person was very quick and seated her to a table while serving her Steak Ala~ chef. She told the chef thank you and he left. I and Maddie and Matt gathered around and so did everyone else. “Mimi, are you really going to eat that all by yourself?” She nodded. “Why not?” Then she began to eat. In her TV shows she was a giddy 14 year old girl who loved to eat, but I never knew she loved food THIS much. Matt whispered in my ear. “So the TV shows don’t lie…I wonder where all the food goes to?” I laughed, Mimi turned to me. “Are you talking about me?” She asked. She heard us! I can’t believe it; she has hearing of an elephant. She got up and walked to Matt. “No, TV shows don’t lie…I’m not sure I’ve seen you before, Matthews?” She smiled. Matt was freaked out, how did she know his full name? No one, not even his parents call him Matthews, They just know his full name. “How do you know my full name?” He asked. “One cannot hide the truth forever.” She said, then walked passed him. Everyone was whispering and gossiping about what just happened. I ran out after Mimi to find out where she was going. I found her outside staring into space. “Um, Mimi?” She turned around. “Oh, Marissa, is there something you want?” She asked. “No, I was just wondering where you were going.” She chuckled. “Good, because I want something from you.” I looked to her and she was walking towards me, I tried to back off, but she came on fast. “News, is that you collect cards?” I wasn’t sure what she meant, but I had an idea. Maybe she didn’t know that I was a guardian, just knew I played with cards. “Cardcaptor Sakura.” I gasped. She knew who I was! What did she want with me? Was she a card that’s been living there life for 14 years? Which card was it? I got out my key, and it grew into a wand. “Whoa, I don’t want a fight! It will be much easier if you just hand over all the glow cards.” Maddie and Matt came outside. “Sakura!” Maddie yelled. “Is she a card too?” Asked Matt. “Matthew! Madison!” She called out. She turned back to me and went into my pocket. I tried to move but I couldn’t, I was stiff, frozen, as if she had put a spell on me. She took out the cards and put them in her pocket. She looked to my face, then jumped up and landed on the school fence. “Thanks for the cards! I hope I see you tonight!” Then she jumped down on the other side. I fell down. Ashamed and defeated without a battle. What was I going to tell Leo? He had been with me this whole time, helping me collect cards…I thought I was the only card guardian? Either Mimi was an enemy or a friend. Maddie and Matt ran to my side. “Are you alright?” asked Maddie. “That girl, what is she…?”
Chapter Two
It was 7 pm; I was outside waiting, for the worst. I knew that angel was going to be there. But more importantly, I was waiting for the card to show up. When I saw a something running past me. I turned around, it wasn’t Mimi but I knew which card this was, fast. I could because of the way it ran. I got out my key and chanted the words to make it grow. “Come on, fast…come here….” I was trying to lure it to me. It was hesitating. So I had to come near it. Until I heard another voice…and this time, I knew who it was. “Hold it right there!” Angel jumped down from a building. “Mimi!” I yelled her name. “This card is mine! You already have all my cards, at least let me have one!” “Sorry, but I’m not permitted to do that…”

She bent down to face the fast card. “Come here!” The card didn’t even hesitant. It came right to her arms. Mimi stood up. “See? Your not worthy of being the guardian of the cards. You don’t even know the first thing about it.” “Huh? What do you mean? I’ve been collecting cards much longer than you have!” I yelled. “Oh is that so?” She brought out a whole pack of cards I’d never even seen before. “See what I mean? Your just still learning.” Then she disappeared in the night fog. I didn’t even have fly card so I had to walk all the way back home. I ran up the stairs and yelled. “LEO!” I slammed the door open. Leo put down the video games. “What is it?” I ran to the cupboard and opened the glow book. I flipped through the pages and it didn’t say anything about another guardian. “Um, are you looking for something Sakura?” I took out a picture of Mimi and showed him. “I want you to tell me everything you know about this girl!” I ordered. He look baffled. “Um…she’s a famous singer/actress?” I opened the glow book again to show that I had 0 glow cards. “WHAT HAPPENED??!?!” He yelled. He look like he was about to pass out. “Another guardian came and took them all. It also seemed like she put an anti-move spell on me to make me not be able to move.” “What??! another guardian??” I nodded. “But I thought the cards are suppose to listen to you only?” “That’s what I thought but she showed me that you have to write your names on the cards or else they won’t listen to you when you call.” “Oh…I guess I should have told you that. It sort of slipped out of my head.” “Slipped out of your head? The most important thing you had to tell me had just…SLIPPED OUT OF YOUR HEAD!?!” I yelled to loud that it blew his body to the wall. “Maybe I should come with you next time?” He said. “Yeah, maybe you should.” I pulled the covers over my head and turned off the lights and went to sleep.
Chapter three

I was walking to school and on the way I saw Marissa behind me running to talk to me. “Sakura!” I turned around. “How did it go yesterday?” She asked. Then she went over-dramatic. “Oh, I wish I could have been there to film the whole thing!” She usually films me when I’m sealing cards. She keeps them for “Precious memories”. “You wouldn’t have wanted to be there. I lost all my cards.” She gasped. “What? Why? When? How??!” “Mimi took them from me. I’m not sure why but she said that she’s not allowed to give me back the cards.” “Last night 7pm. She managed to make my body really stiff and frozen so I couldn’t move or defend myself or the cards.” I finished answering Maddie’s 4w’s. “She has no right!” Maddie said. Then she turned around looking for Mimi. She saw her. “Mimi!” She yelled. “Madison!” Mimi yelled back. “I’m so glad you called for me! I’m glad I’ve also made a new friend!” “Mimi, I know what you did last night!” Mimi looked baffled then understood. “Oh that? Well, I’m suppose to do that. It’s my job. I’m also a guardian and I work for the Moon side. Sakura works for the Sun with Keroberos. Aka, Leo.” “The moon side?” I asked. “Yes the moon side. It’s the other side of the sun. The Moon and Sun are in battle for the cards. And for the True Cardcaptor. That’s why yesterday I said I’m not allowed to give you back to the cards. I need the cards for the moon. If I got against the orders I may be rejected and or killed.” I was shocked. I never knew that! And if I tried to fight back she would get killed…wow. I was thinking of leaving the cards business to her. Because she needs it the most. But then I remembered Leo. I can’t go against him either. “I’m sorry for what I have to hear.” I said. “But I can’t keep on letting you get all the cards, all the time. I have a side I’m working for too.” “But…your not experience enough.” She said. “Excuse me? How am I not?” “Well, you never even knew there was another guardian of the cards. And don’t have enough magic to retrieve the cards. I mean…you’re human. Your powerless without the cards. It’s like…the cards are you only weapon. And that’s bad. I think I’m doing you good because that was you might learn how to protect yourself without depending on the help of others. Well, we better get to class now.” She walked right pass me. “Sakura?” Maddie called. “She’s right.” I turned to Maddie. “I know she is. That’s what I hate. She makes most sense and it’s like she’s trying to convince me to give. And I think it’s working…but I can’t give up! For the sake of the sun…and Leo!” I followed Mimi behind her. “Mimi” I said. She turned around. “I know were enemies…but I won’t let you defeat me just because your more powerful and you make sense! May the best Cardcaptor win!” I heard Maddie being over dramatic again and heard he say, “Oh my, oh my! Maybe I should start designing cloths for Mimi to wear!” Then she laughed and pulled me to class. We had gymnastics first and I new I had to win this. I whispered to Mimi “No cheating! And when I say that I mean using your powers or skills that you learnt to beat everyone else!” She looked like she was about to laugh. And whispered back. “If I don’t use my skills, isn’t that just embarrassing myself? My skills are what I learnt, There not my powers.” Couch Janet called Me up first. We had the vaulting horse jump. I stepped back as far as I could and ran with all my strength and speed I had in my body. Right when I was about to jump I saw Mimi bend over picking something up. “Ohhh, a penny!” Then she bend over to pick it up. She stood back up right when I was about to jump in the face. At least I knew I wasn’t the only one who was going to get hurt. But right when I was about to hit her. She scooted her body away and I fell right into the vaulting horse and it scattered everywhere. “Oh, I’m so sorry!” Mimi said. Pretending like she really cared. “I really am. I didn’t know you were going to hit the horse. It was natural instinct to just move out of the way. I mean…you understand right?” I looked right into her eyes. I didn’t have the strength to insult her. My bones were acing. Mimi helped me to stand back up. I cracked my back. I was so stiff after all that. I had to sit out for gym. Mimi was next. I hoped she would fall just as I did. She scooted back, then she ran right to the horse. I saw Maddie moving toward the place she was running sticking her foot out for her to trip. But Mimi somehow made it look like she tripped on purpose because when she was about to fall down she put her arms first and did a court wheel and a summer salt over the vaulting horse. “Amazing!” I shouted out. Maddie clapped. Then she sigh language me. I knew exactly what that meant, Sakura. Mimi is going to be hard to beat. I just tested her and she can make a mistake look like a good act. Be careful around her. She competition. I nodded. We had made up our own code that no one could figure out. Probably…hopefully not Mimi. I tested to see if Mimi knew our code. “Mimi!” I yelled. Out. She turned and I signed her. I signed. I asked, Mimi you’re a great at gymnastics where did you learn it from? “I learned it from training on the moon. I thought you already knew that?” My eyes bugged out. Great! She knew our code now we had to make up a new one. “Typical.” I said. After school I went back home to get ready. After all those after school programs it was 6:45pm. I was getting ready for Mimi, and which ever card came at me. Leo was getting ready too. Practicing his turn on and off fire trick. “This card is Garden. It’ll probably going to appear it a place full of flowers.” Leo said. “Flowers? Ok.” I said anxiously. We headed out at 6:55 and got ready for the first attack. He saw something light color fly by. I knew it was Garden! Leo flew after it. I ran behind him. I looked around, knowing that Mimi would show up. “Got you!” Leo had caught flower by the tail. It was struggling to get free. It flee from Leo’s tiny hands and flew around all the flowers making them grow bigger and brighter. The flowers were big enough to jump on so I stepped and jump across the field of flowers. Garden was always so close to my hand but yet so far when it turned direction. I stopped for a breath. “Leo!” I cried. “It’s too fast…I can’t caught it with my bare hands!” Then I heard a voice say, “Then don’t touch it!” I turned to my back. And it was Mimi.

“Halo!” She shouted and jumped down from building she was standing from. “Sakura, Keroberos.” She bowed. “It will be a pleasure beating you today.”
I don’t think so!” Leo said. Mimi walked up to Leo. “You are so cute!” She grabbed and cuddled him. My face turned light red and so did Leo’s. Then she let go and jumped for the card. She was only trying to distract us! She pulled out her rod and chanted the magic words. “Key of the light of the moon…show your true form before me! I Mimi command you under our contract…UNLOCK!” It was a bit the same as mean except the words were a little different. The cards started to fly away. And she flipped out fly card and flew to it. Leo flew after to it also. Mimi gave up which was surprising. She then took a rest in a grass spot and rolled herself into a ball. I looked closer and realized that…it wasn’t a ball at all…it looked just like an un-touched flower! I could see garden flying closer toward her. I know she didn’t mean any harm…but she was using dirty tricks! I jumped toward catching garden right in my hands. “Foul!” Shouted Mimi. “It’s not a foul, she caught it fair and square!” Smirked Leo. “I have no time for this.” Then Mimi jumped up. “Mrs. Sakura…this isn’t over. There still much more cards to take!” Then flew away Only turning back to say, “Adieu~!” Which means Bye in French. I stood up. Then sighed in relief. “At least I’ve gotten this card…hopefully this means a lifetime of cards.” I got out a pen and wrote my name on it. “Perfect! At least she won’t be able to steal this one.” I said. “Actually…” I turned to Leo. “What?” I asked. “If she erases your name, she can get contain of the cards powers.” I put my hand on my head. “Oh great!”
Chapter Four
I woke up. Today was a Saturday even so I still had no time to relax. I had to get ready for school. “Morning Sakura!!” Yelled Leo. I groaned. And put the covers back over my head. “Is something wrong?” “Oh nothing…except that I still have school duty!” “Oh…” He sighed. “Even worse…Mimi is going to be there! I’m probably going to hear a mouthful about how it’s was as good as hers…and it’s supposed to be hers!” I took the pillow and screamed in it. Leo was looking at me like I was mental. “I feel better now.” I said. Then got out of bed and headed for the shower. After I left the house on the way to school I met Maddie. “Sakura! So how was yesterday night? Was nasty old Mimi there to ruin your chance?” “Oh yea…she was there.” Maddie sighed. “But I got the card.” I showed Maddie the card and she jumped for joy. For half a minute. “Oh no!” She dropped to the floor. “Again…I’ve failed to show up for filming!” “Maddie…it wasn’t really a big deal. I mean you did miss when I jumped right in front of Mimi and caught the card with my bare hands!” I laughed then nudged her. She stared at me. Then continued to be depressed. “Halo!” Yelled a voice. I turned around reveling Mimi. “Oh…Hello Mimi.” Said Maddie. “I heard you lost the fight yesterday, odd isn’t it?” Then Maddie pretended to laugh. “It was a foul like I said. But I’m over it. Also…” She took out all her cards. “These are permanent marks. There stitched in and un-removable! So don’t even think about trying to erase my name off them.” I stared at her then Maddie acted. She snatch one card and took out a pencil and tried to erase it. “Go right ahead. It won’t come off.” Maddie turned around. “She’s right.” Then handed the card back to her. “Anyways, shall we get to school?” She walked passed us. We walked to school and on the way we saw a poster of Mimi. He nickname is Kirari, which I think is Japanese for Shining Moon. Typical they would name her that.

“Oh my.” She looked at it. “I don’t remember why I was crying.” She stopped walking. “Now, I think it was Anna, she had poisoned my food with hot pepper right?” She nodded to herself. “Yes, Mhm that’s it.” Me and Maddie looked at each other then laughed. “Anna poisoned your food??” I bursted out. Mimi giggled. “Yes, she was jealous of my so called, “cute-ness” and was afraid I would win the cake CM. So when it was my turn. I had to force myself to swallow. And turned around with tears in my eyes. Yelling, “It was so good that I started crying!” Anna admitted that she put peppers in my food. You would think I would scold her, but I forgave her and we became friends. Most people say I have the heart of an angel and a smile of the sun brightening the day. But I think it’s over-reacting.” She coughed a little. When I looked at her smile I think she does have that type of smile. I don’t think she’s an Angel from what she’s done…but if I listen more I think I can understand why people said that about her. “Can you tell us more about your stories while we walk to school, and maybe during school clean-up?” I asked. Maddie was shocked, but she thought I had a plan in my sleeves. “I would like to hear them too!” She yelled. “Of course.” We walked and talked about how she first became famous. “Well, I use to have no interest in fame and fortune…only eating. I wanted to marry a man who was a great chef. And that would cook me meals all day.” I gasped. “Really? That doesn’t sound like you.” She laughed. “But it was.” “Ok, so continue!” Maddie urged her. “Until I met a male singer in disguise. Who’s turtle was stuck up in a tree. I was walking with my friends, Nina and Emily. When I saw it. I climbed the tree to get it. But the branch fell and so did I.” “How did you survive?” Maddie asked. “Martin caught me. The male singer in disguise. His silly glasses fell off and I saw his eyes that made me fall in love with him.” “Wait,” I interrupted her. “What does this have to do with you becoming famous?” “Oh, I’m getting there. This is part of it.” I let her continue. “After I found out he was famous, I was determine I was going to become famous just to be with him! In the auditions it was boys only so I even dressed up as a boy just to get in. It was a problem for the swimsuit contest, but I made it.” She grinned. “How??!” Maddie and I yelled. “Well, of course I didn’t walk up there with only bottoms on! I just whore a fish costume.” We sighed of relief then started laughing. “It was hard though, there was a guy named Matthew, who told me to stay away from him, he’s in a different world. As in he was famous and I was not. And he thought it was hopeless for me to even try out for the auditions. I ended up climbing in a tree again for my pet, Naa-san. He’s still in the other side of the moon right now.” She took deep breathe then continued talking. “I fell down from the branch, almost falling down when Matthew reached up and grabbed my arm. I had my pet in my hand when Naa-san reach and jumped on top of my head. That’s were he usually is, and my short wig fell right off and everyone found out I was a girl. The manager found out too and thought that I had Spunk and said that I would debut as a Singer. Later then I started to do Acting.” He stories were very interesting and funny! There was a time where, she won Actress of the year award. She was battling against a model. And she won. The model fell to the grown in defeat. All Mimi did was take off the crown and came that was on her, and put it on the model. And also gave her the flowers. “This award isn’t important, I think every actress or Model, or singer is the best! I’m number 1, and your number 1 too!” She said. “Amazing! I see now why people say those great things about you.” Maddie said. “There was also once where I entered a cake eating contest, also a crepe eating contest! I really love crepes~” She sniffed the air. Then turned around and ran toward a bakery shop. We both slightly laughed then ran after her. “I smell…crepes!” Mimi said. Crepes? I didn’t know they sold those around here. Mimi dipped into her pockets and pulled out puff. “Aww, I’m broke.” She went all depressed and walked away. I had some change in my pocket. So I bought one for her. I walked to Mimi who was sitting on a bench. “Here.” I gave her the crepe. “Oh, thank you!!” She gobbled it down and swallowed hard. I stared at her then laughed. She had crumbs on her face. I looked at my watch. “Oh my gosh! We are SUPER late! He got to get going!” We started running all the way to school. Mimi stopped saying she can’t run anymore. Then she went in a corner and a flash of light appeared. Before you knew it she came out flying with wings. “L-a-z-y!” I shouted. She offered a ride and we both got on. I was looking around me hoping no one was watching. We got to school but we were still late.

So far~ It's getting good~ whee
