Why is all the ones I care for slipping away
Into a light I can't reach
They are too pure for me
I'm toofilthy for them
I watch as they pair up and create families
Soon I'm all alone
No one is by my side
No one is with me to show love
I'm alone in this darkness
No one to call my own
Streams turn to pools at my feet
My eyes turn bloodshot
My face to grim
I wonder away alone
With no one to call my own
