Mr. Bourdain, I must confess.... I am in love with you. I am in love with your dirty mouth, your bad habits, and your amazing intuition. Your esoteric insights into the world by way of food culture, street food, and food in general. All of those nasty-bits could never scare you away. Every encounter into a foreign food-realm leaves you with amazing life lessons that can by applied to more places then just your kitchen.
You hate the fake like I hate the fake. You give shifty eyes to things that seem too perfect, too pristine. If it aint dirty, it aint good.
And I must agree.
