Roses are Red

Roses are red
Red like blood
The blood that moistures
The roses velvet beauty

Roses are red
The same red meaning anger
But meaning love and
Passion

And by keeping this red
The rose will pierce any who come
Shedding blood
Tears

The rose feeds on my tears
Moisturizing its scarlet petals
Velvetizing its beauty

Roses are red
And they will always be
Red

this is the final copy of a poem I wrote called "Fall of the Flowers" which talked about flowers trying to help a girl get over her ex-boyfriend (except for a rose who was taking advantage of this) I decided to take everying out except for the rose, and this is what happened. I hope you enjoyed it ^_^
