God, I'm shocked we made even that small of a dent in it.

Here's a full list of all the things we noticed about the way they left the house:

1) The missing sinks and water heater.
2) There are two holes apparently punched into the sheetrock. One of them may have been an attempt to strip the wires from the house (which would've been really funny since they're only two months overdue on the power bill and it takes three for a Final Notice), while the other could've been just slamming the wall in frustration.
3) One of the doors was removed from the hinges. I'm guessing they figured 'hey, we paid for it, we'll take it with us'. No, ********, you paid for it, we gave you a break on the rent for exactly what the door cost you.
4) The door to the master bedroom has a 5"x3" hole in the bottom panel. I don't care how pissed you are, mankind invented doorknobs for a reason, you little s**t.
5) The reported 'leak in the pipes' is going to be fully investigated, but I noticed that the same pattern of water from when I dumped out the mop bucket into the backyard was exactly the same as the pattern they claim was coming from a leak under the house.
6) The source of the smell was... well, if you REALLY want to know what it was, PM me. People with less than a cast-iron stomach need not apply.

Reportedly, they're staying at the girl's mother's house. A little bit of investigation and we're going to make sure the poor lady knows what her darling little girl and her a*****e d**k-on-legs did to a property they were getting more than a fair deal on.
